A pale and delicate straw yellow colour. The scent has fruity hints of pears, pineapple and honey notes. The taste is fresh, fragrant, balanced, with notes of fresh fruit and a pleasant finish of toasted hazelnut.
Try it with shellfish, seafood salads and grilled fish. This label, typical of the Apulian tradition, also goes well with vegetable-based dishes, with land and sea risottos and with fresh cheeses.
