Winemaking: soft crushing, maceration-fermentation for 20 days, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and aging for 6 months.
Sensory characteristics: intense ruby red color and fruity aroma with hints of jam and cherries in alcohol, spicy notes of licorice, hints of vanilla and dried flowers. Full-bodied wine, soft, rightly tannic, with a pleasant bitter note in the aftertaste, ready to be drunk immediately.
