Coloma 8 years old is a molasses rum from two different varieties of sugar cane. Coloma is a round and well-balanced Colombian rum.
This 8-year-old Coloma has a classic, soft and greedy profile at the same time. Notes of caramel and vanilla, as well as chocolate and eucalyptus aromas. The mouth is soft and the sucrosity settles during the tasting. Coloma has a long and chocolate finish.
This rum is aged for 8 years in American oak barrels, after prior distillation in column.
