The Orus Primitivo di Manduria from the Vinosìa company is a wine with great extractive and enveloping density. At sight it has a ruby red color with black reflections; fruity notes of black cherries and blackberries intertwine with hints of licorice, creating a fragrant and delicate aromatic bouquet. The sip is enveloping, velvety and concentrated. Wonderfully harmonious and extremely refined finish. Excellent throughout the meal, it goes perfectly with game and game dishes; also excellent with pasta dishes with meat sauce and aged cheeses.
