Crafted by the Distillery of Biercée since 1946, this exceptional pear eau-de-vie is made from naturally fermented fresh Williams pears sourced from Switzerland and Italy, then distilled in copper stills and aged for at least two years.
Twice awarded Gold for its outstanding quality, it offers delicate aromas of fresh Williams pear, a smooth palate of ripe summer pear, and a long, elegant finish.
Best enjoyed: neat as a digestif, served lightly chilled (6°C–8°C) in a tulip or balloon glass to enhance its aromas.
