The Tenimenti Ca Bianca Moscato d'Asti has a straw yellow color with scents of nutmeg, exotic fruit and acacia. Sweet taste with notes of flowers and honey.
After harvesting, the grapes are gently crushed and pressed immediately. And the fermentation takes place in closed tanks, to capture the normally disappearing CO2. As soon as the desired alcohol level is reached, they cool the tanks back to -2 degrees Celsius. This stops the fermentation process and not all sugars are converted into alcohol, making it a dessert wine with a low alcohol percentage.
