Easy Beer Bread - Spend With Pennies
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 340ml beer, room temperature
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl whisk flour, baking powder and sugar until well combined.
- Add beer, melted butter, and salt. Stir to combine. Do not overmix!
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
