Ingredients:

Lamb Leg, Curry Mix, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato Puree, Tomato, Fruit Chutney, Cinnamon quill, Mustard seeds, Cardamon pods, Salt.

 

Heating Instructions:

For best result thaw the product in the fridge for a couple of hours beforehand.

Place container in the oven at 160°C with the lid on for approx. 30- 40 min. Carefully remove lid and allow to brown in the oven at 180°C for a further 10 min. You can insert a knife into the middle of the dish and if it comes out hot, you are ready to eat.
