INGREDIENTS

Beef mince, garlic, ginger, onion, tomato, tomato paste, red peppers, black kidney beans, sugar, basil, coriander, cumin, chilli powder, jalapeno, flour, margerine, milk, cheddar cheese, butter, spring onions, salt and pepper.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

For best results thaw the product in the fridge for a couple of hours beforehand.

Place container in the oven at 160°C with the lid on for approximately 30-40 minutes. Please note that ovens differ and the warming time may need longer, (especially from frozen). Carefully remove the lid and allow to brown in the oven at 180°C for a further 10 minutes.

You can insert a knife into the middle of the dish and if it comes out hot you are ready to eat!

For even better results serve with sour cream and guacamole.
